- Reviews the order summary, with a breakdown of price, taxes and levies.
- Expressly accepts these general terms and the privacy policy.
- Makes payment through the secure gateway.

The contract is concluded at the moment AX AREA CAMPER, SL confirms the booking by email. If you do not receive this confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us before repeating the transaction.

6. Means of payment
Payments through the website are processed via a Virtual POS (virtual point-of-sale terminal) contracted with an Andorran financial institution.
The cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard, both credit and debit. Payment by Bizum is also accepted where that service is enabled.
Key points about payment:
- Card details are entered directly into the financial institution's secure environment. AX AREA CAMPER, SL never has access to, stores or processes the full card number or the security code.
- Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS).
- The transaction may require strong customer authentication with the card issuer.
- The charge is made when the booking is confirmed, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- AX AREA CAMPER, SL reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is declined, revoked or not authorised by the issuer.
Payment in person is also accepted on site by the means indicated there.
7. Invoicing
An invoice or simplified invoice is issued for each transaction and sent electronically to the email address provided by the user. The invoice itemises the taxable base, the IGI applied and, where applicable, the tourist tax.
If you need a full invoice with your tax details, please indicate this during the booking process or write to info@axareacamper.com before the end of your stay.
8. Cancellations, changes and refunds
8.1 Cancellation window
After payment, the user has 3 calendar days to request cancellation of a booking, provided that the request is made at least 14 days before the date and time the stay is due to begin.
Both requirements are cumulative: for a cancellation to give rise to a refund, the request must be submitted within the 3 calendar days following payment and there must be at least 14 days remaining before the stay begins at that moment.
| Case | Amount refunded |
|---|---|
| Request within 3 calendar days of payment and 14 or more days before the start of the stay | Full amount paid, less 5 % administration fee |
| Request outside the 3-day window from payment | No refund |
| Request less than 14 days before the start of the stay | No refund |
| Failure to arrive on the agreed date and time (no-show) | No refund |
Failure by the user to arrive on the agreed date and time is treated in all respects as a cancellation with no right to a refund.
Cancellations must be requested through the channels available in the booking app or by email to info@axareacamper.com, quoting the booking number. The date taken into account is the date the request is received.
8.2 Taxes and levies in the event of cancellation
In all cases where a full refund is not due, AX AREA CAMPER, SL may pass on to the user any applicable tourist or municipal taxes.
8.3 Changes to the booking
Date changes are subject to availability and to the same window as cancellations set out in clause 8.1. If the new date falls in a higher-rate season, the difference must be paid.
8.4 Early departure
Ending the stay early at the user's decision does not give rise to any refund of unused nights.
8.5 Cancellation by AX AREA CAMPER, SL
If for technical reasons, force majeure or an order of the competent authority we are unable to provide the contracted service, we will offer the user either a change of dates or a full refund of the amount paid, at the user's choice, with no administration fee withheld and no further compensation.
8.6 Processing of refunds
Once the cancellation request has been accepted, AX AREA CAMPER, SL has 3 days to process the refund of the corresponding amount.
Refunds are made by the same means of payment used for the purchase. The time it takes for the amount to be credited to the user's account depends on the card issuer.
8.7 Right of withdrawal
Under Andorran consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure and stay services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. The cancellation terms set out in clause 8.1 apply in all cases.
9. User obligations and site rules
Booking implies acceptance of the area's operating rules, which are displayed at the entrance and published on the website. In particular:

- Observe quiet hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
- No fires within the site.
- Use the designated waste water disposal and refuse collection points.

The user is entitled to contact the consumer protection services of the Government of Andorra if they consider the response received to be unsatisfactory.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These general terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra.
For the resolution of any question, dispute or litigation arising from the interpretation, application or performance of these terms, the parties expressly submit to the Andorran courts, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction to which they might otherwise be entitled.
If any clause of these terms is held to be void or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
