Check-in frequently asked questions

Check-in is done from your phone, with no paperwork. You have two options: scan the QR code on the entrance panel and complete the registration in your browser, or do it from the app. Either way you register the vehicle and the stay, and once the process is finished you can enter the area.

Not necessarily. If you would rather not install anything, scan the QR code on the panel and register straight from your phone's browser. The app is a convenience for regular visitors, not a requirement.

One overnight stay covers 24 hours and includes 6 A electricity with an individual hook-up per pitch, water, basic WiFi and grey and black water disposal. Current prices — overnight stay, additional hours and tourist tax — are always up to date in the Can Rodes rate table (PDF).

Yes. In Andorra, tourist accommodation stays are subject to registration and tax obligations where the regulations require it, and a regulated motorhome area falls squarely within that. It applies per person and per day to visitors aged 16 and over and only for the first 7 nights; under-16s are exempt. The current amount is shown in the rate table. You don't need to do any paperwork: we declare your stay automatically in the ROAT (Tourist Occupancy and Accommodation Register), the Andorran Government's official system, so that it is properly recorded.

Yes. The area accepts motorhomes, campers and converted vans. Towed caravans are not admitted.

A 35 m² pitch where awnings are allowed, 6 A electricity, drinking water, grey and black water disposal, toilets, WiFi, a picnic area, a playground, separate waste collection and video surveillance.

Yes. There is a services-only option, with no overnight stay and no registration, covering drinking water and grey and black water disposal with a maximum stay of one hour. You will find the price in the rate table.

No. In Andorra, overnight stays in a motorhome may only take place in designated, regulated areas. Motorhomes may not park in conventional public car parks unless those are specifically set up as a daytime reception area, and reception areas allow daytime parking but not overnight stays. Spending the night in non-designated places — conventional car parks, roadsides or natural areas — may lead to penalties or enforcement action by the Andorran authorities. Yes, from 11 pm to 7 am. During those hours we ask you to respect other visitors' rest.

Yes, dogs are welcome. Please keep them under control and leave the space clean.

No. Fires are prohibited throughout the area, including barbecues and stoves on the ground.
